Due to growth and expansion, we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for our London office location.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Representative to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, and a proven track record of success in selling products to hotels, restaurants and resorts. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with hotel clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the hospitality industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with hotel clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our hospitality products.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and promotional strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance using CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and the ability to effectively communicate with hotel decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
