We’re seeking a Life Science Technology Account Executive and looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of business development, advisory, and relationship-building.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and own a Life Science book of business through trusted client relationships

  • Prospect thoughtfully — identifying real hiring challenges, not just open reqs.

  • Partner closely with clients to understand culture, team dynamics, and long-term goals

  • Translate hiring needs into clear, compelling job narratives

  • Act as a market advisor, sharing insights, trends, and talent intelligence

  • Collaborate internally to deliver high-touch, high-impact recruiting outcomes

What We Look For

  • 5+ years in Life Science technology staffing or solutions-based sales
