AI Product Development Team – Founding Technical Lead & AI Engineers

We are seeking an exceptional, AI-native product development team to help build and scale a next-generation intelligent search and personal assistant platform poised to transform the real estate ecosystem and adjacent industries.
We are looking for entrepreneurial builders who thrive in early-stage environments, embrace ambiguity, and have a passion for creating innovative AI-powered products from the ground up. The ideal candidates will have experience developing scalable AI applications, working with large language models (LLMs), and bringing prototype concepts through MVP and commercial launch.
Our platform leverages the Claude AI ecosystem and multi-agent AI orchestration to deliver an intelligent, conversational knowledge based query system, unlike anything currently available in the market. A prototype is already in demonstration, and the company is preparing for investor presentations with MVP development and product launch.
The founding advisory team includes former senior executives and technical leaders from NVIDIA and Ernst & Young, providing strategic guidance in artificial intelligence, enterprise technology, and business growth.
Position Overview
We are seeking: 1 Founding Technical Team Lead, 1–3 Junior AI Software Engineers / Full-Stack Developers
The team will work collaboratively to design, develop, and enhance a sophisticated AI-powered platform capable of integrating advanced search, intelligent automation, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic workflows.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who want to help shape both the product and the company while working alongside experienced entrepreneurs and technology advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, development, and continuous enhancement of an AI-powered web and mobile platform.
- Design and implement multi-agent AI workflows using modern agent frameworks.
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs to support intelligent search, automation, and recommendation capabilities.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to improve response accuracy and contextual reasoning.
- Design and maintain structured and vector-based data architectures supporting semantic search and knowledge retrieval.
- Develop secure, scalable cloud-based infrastructure capable of supporting future enterprise growth.
- Collaborate closely with founders and advisors to translate product vision into technical execution.
- Participate in product strategy, architecture decisions, feature prioritization, and rapid prototyping.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovations that strengthen the platform’s competitive advantage.
- Mentor junior developers while fostering a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture.
Technical Requirements
AI & Agentic Development
Candidates should possess hands-on experience with several of the following:
- Claude AI ecosystem, Anthropic Claude Code, OpenAI GPT models, GPT Codex, Prompt engineering and AI-assisted software development, multi-agent orchestration
- Agent SDKs including: LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agent SDK, Google Agent Development Kit (ADK)
AI Architecture
Experience designing and implementing:
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Knowledge graph integration, Semantic search, Embedding models, Context engineering, Long-context AI workflows, AI evaluation and testing methodologies
Software Development
- Full-stack web application development
- Mobile application development (iOS/Android or cross-platform)
- RESTful APIs
- Microservices architecture
- Cloud-native application development
- Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes preferred)
Databases & Infrastructure
Experience with:
- SQL databases, Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, pgvector or similar), MCP (Model Context Protocol) server architecture, Data mining and knowledge management, Cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
Ideal Candidate
The successful candidates will possess:
- Previous startup experience, preferably from concept through MVP or product launch.
- Demonstrated fluency using AI coding tools to accelerate software development.
- Passion for emerging technologies and solving complex business problems through AI.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a small, highly collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building AI-first SaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of real estate technology, proptech, MLS systems, or search technologies.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and data sources.
- Background in conversational AI, autonomous agents, or recommendation engines.
- Experience supporting investor demonstrations or early-stage product launches.
- Familiarity with agile product development and rapid iteration cycles.
