Overview
This is a terrific opportunity to join IIL’s Amsterdam office,
responsible for locating new opportunities and selling IIL’s full product line.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter and is responsible for driving
incremental sales within assigned accounts, territories, and regions.
Responsibilities
·
The Business Development
Manager is responsible for aggressively growing IIL’s existing client base, as
well as developing new business in the Amsterdam region.
·
Prepare written proposals in
response to client’s RFP, coordinating all information from the different
disciplines and arranging a formal response.
·
Required to work closely with
the Business Unit Managers when responding to the RFP to inform them of market
conditions, pricing issues, and the competition.
·
Pro-actively follow up with
clients to assure satisfaction, respond to inquiries, upsell and grow the
account, and solve or refer problems or issues.
·
Attend sales meetings, industry
trade shows, and training seminars to gather information, promote product
lines, expand network, and increase knowledge.
·
Prepares report on sales
activities using appropriate CRM tracking system.
Qualifications
·
Solid relationship-oriented sales experience is a must, with a
track record of closing large volume sales.
·
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant sales experience, with the ability to
persuade and influence others.
·
Be meticulous with details and possess solid closing and follow-up
skills.
·
Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
·
Ability to multi-task with strong time and project management
skills.
·
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
