Business Development Manager – Cloud Systems – Call Center Solutions
This is an opportunity to join one of the fastest growing Cloud Content companies in Europe as they expand their presence here in the US. You will be a primary Sales asset for this company, calling into companies with Call/Contact Center operations. This is a pure Hunter role and people who succeed here have strong technical sales experience, can go out and win over customers, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
This Cloud service is being used by some of the largest entities in Europe. It has a reasonably complicated sales and solutions cycle. Seeking a Business Development Manager with a solid understanding of technology, who love selling complicated technology based solutions. We seek a candidate with a good educational background and someone who can work at a higher level with customers.
We are specifically seeking candidates who have experience selling Cloud based services. Ideally, you will have some exposure to Call and Contact Center environments (i.e. Utilities, Healthcare, Travel, Retail, Online, etc.), and/or Companies using such products as Avaya, Genesis, Cisco Call Center., etc.
The company has a small presence in the States now and you will be one of the key people in leading their North American growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience selling cloud based solutions with some experience selling into companies with call center operations (preferred)
