Channel Manager – NYC
Our client is seeking a Channel Manager to join their team. The
goal of the Channel Manager will be to build successful relationships with
strategic reseller organizations in bringing go to market strategies. This will
include providing training to partners and their staff and coordinating sales
and marketing campaigns with them while acting as a key point of contact
between the internal team and the channel partners.
The team manages go to market strategies for the meeting room
technologies including a recently launched digital whiteboard solution, as well
as the enterprise video conferencing solution. The team’s responsibilities encompass
sales, channel management, and customer success with a goal of driving adoption
of Meeting Rooms in the enterprise space.
Work with Audio Visual Integrators (AVIs) and resellers to
develop, service, and grow relationships with these channel partners. Key
responsibilities include developing sales strategies, negotiating with partners
and training and developing reseller sales teams.
Responsibilities:
· Maintaining
relationships with channel partners to ensure that company Meeting Room
solutions are top of mind
· Implementing
programs and promotions within the channel ecosystem
· Dealing
with escalations from the partners across sales and customer success
Required Skills:
· Bachelor’s
degree required
· 2-3 years
previous channel management experience
· Familiarity
with video conferencing and/or digital whiteboard technologies
· Experience
with Google Apps

· Experience
with two-tier hardware distribution model
