Position Overview:
Reporting to the Construction Director, this role will provide support and guidance on the administration of construction contracts and consultancy agreements for the Prime Business Resort project, evaluate contractor claims and advise on progression methods and response strategies, oversee the Cost Consultant’s evaluation of contractor claim costs, administer the project’s change control process, including managing Contractor Change Requests, Change Initiation Forms, Requests for Change, Engineer’s Instructions, and Variation Orders, ensure prompt and accurate processing of Contractor Interim Payment Applications by monitoring Cost Consultant activities, collaborate with the Planning Manager to monitor contractor procurement activities, ensuring timely availability of materials.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience: 10 years post-qualification in commercial management, with experience in construction delivery.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field.
- Project Experience: Experience with business parks or low-rise office developments preferred.
- Contract Administration: 5 years of experience with FIDIC Red Book (1999) and White Book (2017).
- Regional Experience: 5 years in Saudi Arabia/GCC as a Commercial/Contracts Manager.
- Consultancy: 5 years with an international consultancy company.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Aconex, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional Membership: Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) preferred.

- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English; native speakers preferred.
- Team Collaboration: Comfortable working in a site office with the employer’s team and consultants.
- Flexibility: Willing to undertake additional tasks beyond the designated role.
- Physical Fitness: Able to walk the site and access construction areas.
Location: Northern Ring Road, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Join a five-person project team including Construction Director, Construction Manager, Contracts/Commercial Manager, Planning Manager, and Document Control Manager.
This role is on-site office with amenities, Sunday to Thursday.
