Our client is seeking a Family Law Litigator for their NYC practice. This is a permanent role and hybrid schedule with offices in NYC.
Reports to: Managing Partner
Salary Range: $100,000 + origination bonus and generous commission.
Experience Required: At least 2 years litigating Family Law cases.
Qualifications: Licensed and admitted to practice by New York State Bar (and New Jersey State Bar preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
- Litigation – Provide legal advice in legal matters in connection with clients’ family law concerns, appear and zealously advocate in Court and fight for client’s rights in divorce, custody, child support, family offense matters, and other family law matters.
- Research – conduct legal research in preparation for legal proceedings and drafting, draft motions, memoranda, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, among other drafting assignments.
