Recruit active and passive talent by utilizing creative strategies via social media platforms – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, as well as traditional methods: job postings, referrals, cold calls, LinkedIn, and networking groups. You must be highly motivated, work independently, and be technically adept.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a recruitment role supporting mid-senior level positions with an emphasis in IT recruiting (software developers, DBAs, systems administrators, etc.)

Successful relationship management skills

A proactive, consultative style with outstanding communication skills

The ability to think out-of-the-box

Continual interest to learn and adapt to technology

Must have great networking skills

Bachelor’s degree in related field
