EBC Associates is seeking a Lead UX/UI Designer for a financial services client. The position can be based in either Malaysia or Singapore.
Position Overview:
The Lead UX/UI Designer will use and conduct research to create user experiences that meet the end users’ needs. Our ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a passion for user-centered design, data concepts, data visualization and development.
Responsibilities:
Analyze consumer behavior and patterns to improve usability and overall functionality across various digital products, including websites, landing pages, and applications.
Design clear flows and wireframes for new and existing web-based applications, create visual standards and functionality for each product.
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and designers to ensure all designs meet accessibility and usability best practices. Document components and UI elements across digital projects.
Define methodologies for user experience testing, and prototype testing, maintaining the highest standards.
Take full ownership and provide visual designs to meet company standards and expectations.
Qualifications:
Technical degree or equivalent experience building technical products, 5-7 years’ minimum experience developing/launching products/technologies, experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design.
Experience of Agile/Scrum environment, Figma skills, demonstrated experience in design of high-quality web/mobile products.
Strong analytical, time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and technologies simultaneously for complex projects.
Competitive salary and benefits, $80K-$120K.
