Our client is seeking a Program Manager to manage on-site temporary employee staffing programs for multiple clients or a single large/complex client with over 250+ headcount across multiple locations. Provides general oversight to temporary employees. Acts as the main liaison to clients to define and develop innovative solutions to meet hiring needs, address client requests and achieve strategic objectives. Ensures orders are fulfilled according to client requirements. Serves as subject matter expert on market trends, client industry, and roles. Manages an onsite employee or a team of employees as required.
Responsibilities:
Provides general management of temporary employees, including resolving employee relations issues.
Supervise, train, mentor and coach additional onsite team members.
Establishes and/or manages onsite temporary employee programs.
Partners with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.
Ensures operational efficiency and client satisfaction, including a focus on effective order fulfillment.
Builds and maintains subject matter expert on assigned clients.
Leads Quality Performance Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews.
Ensures compliance and safety requirements are in place and enforced by colleagues.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with a minimum of 5 years of client program management or recruiting experience. Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems, best practices, and methodologies, proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules, and regulations.
