Project Manager Information Systems
Oversee the implementation, customization, and maintenance of the PMIS platforms. Collaborate with projects’ teams and clients to identify and understand project information requirements. Develop and configure the PMIS to meet the specific needs of construction projects.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the PMIS database. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the PMIS.
Reporting and Dashboard Development: Design and create reports and dashboards using various tools, including, BORIS software, Power BI, Excel. etc., to visualize project data and metrics. Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights. Develop standardized reports templates and formats for consistent reporting across projects. Automate data extraction and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Software Expertise. Demonstrated expertise in PMIS software platforms, including BORIS, Power BI, Sharepoint, Primavera Unifier, and other relevant tools. Stay updated on the latest software features, enhancements, and best practices. Provide training and support to project teams and end-users on PMIS software usage. Collaborate with IT teams and third-party suppliers to ensure seamless integration and data flow between different systems.
Project Coordination and Collaboration: Collaborate with project directors, managers, control managers and other stakeholders to define projects’ PMIS requirements.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience (12+ years) in project management and PMIS implementation within the construction industry. Strong proficiency in PMIS software and construction management platforms such as BORIS, Power BI, Sharepoint, Unifier, Procore, PM Web. Solid understanding of construction project management principles and processes. Experience in report and dashboard development using tools like Power BI, BORIS, Excel or similar software. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets. Experience in Construction Management, PMC companies is required. Compensation: $90k-$120k.
