Due to rapid growth and expansion of their Danbury, Connecticut practice, they are seeking to hire an energetic, driven, and innovative Recruiter, Business Support Services, to join their team. The Recruiter will perform all recruitment activities involved in the staffing of positions across multiple lines of business.

Develop and execute strategies to identify, source and attract candidates for a variety of positions.

Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies and conduct candidate screenings by leveraging multiple sourcing channels to identify and attract top talent.

Work in partnership with a variety of internal managers and external clients to meet the talent needs of the business.

Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsible for initiating and monitoring pre-employment screening processes.

Prepare and submit staffing activity and other reports to management.

Strong interpersonal, communication and consulting skills. Ability to partner with senior level management and consult with them on all aspects of the recruitment process.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding expectations in a results measured environment.

Ability to manage the full recruitment life-cycle for 30 plus positions simultaneously.

Technical knowledge of cutting-edge recruiting techniques.

Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

A minimum of three years recruiting experience in an agency setting with experience recruiting for a broad range of positions in temp, temp-hire, and direct hire.
