Our client, a leader in innovative workforce solutions and staffing services to the healthcare industry, is seeking a Recruiting Manager to join their recruitment team for their NYC location. On top of providing industry leading staffing services, they place candidates in RN, LPN and CNA jobs in New York City, along with many other healthcare and nursing opportunities, both clinical and non-clinical.
The Recruiting Manager will lead a team of recruiters/sourcers to execute on a successful sourcing strategy and processes that will help their client to identify and acquire the best talent to meet the current and future business needs of their Hiring Managers. Work with Sales Managers to understand business needs and priorities to help build an effective recruiting strategy for their assigned client.
Support consistent management practices including performance management, coaching, career planning, development, and training for all team members.
This position requires a self-starter to establish and manage the day to day key account recruitment management team using the company core values of excellence. The Recruiting Manager will help maintain an environment of high morale, motivation and teamwork. This position reports to the Executive Vice President, Business Operations, and will be required to manage company objectives in exceeding minimum activity standards including but not limited to; achieve 100% of personal revenue budget, achieve 90% retention of nurse professionals, maintain operational excellence by hitting activity standard requirements including interviews, submissions and client visits, support Gross Profit goals of the division, and other goals as agreed upon by the EVP. This position is required to maintain an open line of communication with the staff with appropriate follow-up.


  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience is required
  • Knowledge of principles and procedures for candidate recruitment, selection, compensation and benefits and/or similar or relevant work experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products, Internet Job Boards and internet recruiting
  • Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources, and/or similar or relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for selling recruiting services; this includes marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and sales management systems
  • Ability to work effectively independently and with other team members
  • Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner
  • Must show attention to detail
