Our client is a sales growth firm located just south of Grand Central Terminal in midtown NY. They transform their clients’ sales teams by combining sales training with a system for selling. Their mission is to create breakthrough results in revenue attainment and enabling buyers and sellers to better relate to each other. Due to growth and expansion, they are looking for a Sales Advisor & Trainer to join their team. The ideal candidate is a team player that executes an end-to-end, full and varied sales cycle, as well as delivers on elements of the Sales Growth program.
Develop new business and execute on all aspects of the Sales Growth program, including managing engagement plans and client communication, designing and deploying client surveys, processing survey results and presenting to clients, facilitating the Sales Playbook development process, and managing the client accountability and coaching process.
Deliver on-site sales trainings.
Deliver on-site sales management and leadership trainings.
Deliver remote training webinars.
Organize and improve existing training curriculum.
Generate leads independently as well as with the marketing team.
Sell and close/win new opportunities with new and existing clients.
Produce blog entries on an agreed upon schedule with the marketing team.
Promote new content and status updates through social media channels, as well as utilize social media to generate new leads.
B.A. degree, with at least 7 years experience of successful selling, working with sales teams.
At least 3 years of successful sales management.
At least 3 years as a successful sales trainer, or trainer in a related field.
At least 3 years of success in project and / or engagement management.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience in designing selling methodologies and course curriculum.
Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce (or other CRM).
Excellent time management skills; experience in an entrepreneurial or small-business environment.
Proficient in social selling.
