Overview: We are seeking several Sales Business Development Managers for the S. Florida market – Miami, Palm Beach, Delray Beach, Ft. Lauderdale markets. As a key sales driver, our ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, fostering client relationships, and expanding new business.
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients in need of workforce planning and project staffing solutions. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to secure new business.
Consultative Selling: Understand client’s needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal Account Management team to deliver optimal solutions.
Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships and act as main point of contact, striving for repeat business and referrals.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Utilize insights to position organization effectively and stay ahead of the competition.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track key metrics. Regularly update management on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, clearly articulating the value proposition to client needs.
Qualifications: Proven track record in B2B sales across a broad range of industries, knowledge of the staffing and workforce industry, strong interpersonal and communication skills, goal oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets, adaptability and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
