Sales & Marketing Director

Position Summary: Looking to join a dynamic, growing marketing agency? Look no further. Working with the SVP, Marketing & Business Development, you will take a lead role in creating and delivering marketing and sales strategies that help drive business growth. Must be deadline, target, and results driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Ideally, someone who can work independently and be a self-starter, as well as collaboratively and part of a team. Responsibilities include: Sales: Help drive the sales cycle to generate leads, maintain CRM/Pipeline database, end ensure that the team is communicating with clients at every stage of the funnel to improve conversion goals. Work closely with the Business Development, Client Service and Partner teams to keep all relevant pitch materials up to date and consistent in use. Develop new collateral materials as needed, including case studies,brochures,white papers, proposal/RFP templates, outreach and re-engagement emails, newsletter/blog posts, etc. Marketing: Create and maintain content asset library of testimonials, videos, case studies, white papers, ensuring content is updated and available to support key industry verticals. Manage social media platforms and blog to build a communications network, identify advocates and position the business as a thought leader. Leverage influencers as needed to help grow the business in non-traditional ways. Oversee evolution of the website to ensure content is fresh/relevant, and agency is achieving traffic, engagement, and conversion KPI’s. Collaborate with SEM/SEO team to ensure that internal paid campaigns and organic rankings are continually assessed and optimized to achieve desired goals. Required experience: Solid background in digital marketing, social media and/or marketing communications. High degree of understanding and familiarity across all digital channels. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Excellent communication and ability to liaise with clients. A minimum of 5-7 years proven marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment.
