Position: Part-Time Social Media Manager
Location: Remote
Hours: 10 hours per month (approximate)
Reports To: Marketing Director / CEO / Communications Lead
At EBC Associates we are a people-first organization dedicated to connecting top talent to opportunities. We’re seeking a creative and strategic Part-Time Social Media Manager for a rapidly growing client in the food industry, to drive engagement and help grow their brand.
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and managing content across all social media platforms. This role will play a key part in shaping our digital voice, increasing audience engagement, and supporting marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with company goals.

Create engaging, brand-consistent content (posts, graphics, short videos).

Manage daily posting across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.).

Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and nurture community growth.

Track analytics, prepare performance reports, and optimize content strategy.

Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, events, and promotions.

Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.

2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (agency or in-house).

Strong understanding of major social platforms and analytics tools.

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

Creative eye for visuals and ability to collaborate with designers/videographers.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently on a part-time schedule.

Bonus: Experience with the food industry a plus, as well as experience with paid social advertising (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).
