Solution Sales Executive
Our client is seeking an established Solution Sales Executive to
support their continued growth efforts in the NY/NJ and/or Center City
Philly metropolitan area, with an emphasis on services and solutions
leveraging Digital Transformation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and
Cognitive Computing, for all aspects of the Systems Development Life Cycle
(SDLC). We are looking for an individual with a demonstrated track record
of success in selling Professional Services. The successful candidate
is one who:
- Possesses professional and persuasive communication and
strong consultative sales skills, - Outgoing, dynamic and energetic,
- Creative in his/her approach to identifying new
prospects/opportunities, - Detail oriented and persistent in follow through.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new accounts in the NY/NJ and Center City Philly
metropolitan area via a dedicated approach to demand generation and
pipeline development. - Ensure proper qualification of sales leads/opportunities and
provide opportunity management through all phases of the sales cycle. - Identify and validate client opportunity requirements
associated with IT consulting requirements. - Develop trusted relationships with software partners to
cultivate new opportunities and drive successful customer implementations.
Position Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience selling IT solutions and/or
professional services with a command of complex sales processes. - Solid knowledge of IT consulting (Pharma and/or Insurance
desired). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive approach to developing business.
- Strong contact/relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
