Vice President, Sales Manager

EBC Associates is seeking a VP, Sales Manager to lead and manage a global sales team. This position is onsite in NYC, with approximately 40-60% travel to other site locations. This role is designed for a seasoned sales leader, with a proven track record and experience leading and managing a sales team.

Role Description

As the VP, Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing account management activities, and driving business development initiatives. You will work closely with key stakeholders to achieve revenue targets and ensure sales goals are met.

Qualifications

  • Sales management, and strong leadership skills who can inspire a team.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills, forecasting, setting KPIs, and optimizing sales workflow processes.
  • Work cross functionally with the senior leadership team to optimize the sales funnel, team efficiency and operational management across process and workflow.
  • Manage all sales forecasting and budgets.
  • Drive better integration between all revenue-related functions, including marketing, sales, pricing, and revenue management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with relevant industry trends and market dynamics
  • Knowledge of inventory forecasting/ P&L /commission reports
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • Experience in the hospitality industry a plus but not required.
